REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once a course, training program, mentoring session, webinar, workshop, or any other Service is purchased, the enrollment cannot be cancelled and the fee paid shall generally be non-refundable.

However, Stock Masters Academy may, at its sole discretion, consider refund requests submitted within 7 (seven) days from the date of payment, provided that access to a substantial portion of the course content has not been utilized and the request satisfies the Academy's refund criteria.

All refund requests shall be reviewed individually, and the final decision shall remain solely with the management of Stock Masters Academy.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7 to 15 business days, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.

Academy-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that a training program, webinar, mentoring session, or course is cancelled by Stock Masters Academy, participants shall be entitled to either:

• A full refund, or
• Transfer to a future batch of the same program.

In case of any discrepancy relating to payments, transaction records, refunds, or excess funds credited to the account of Stock Masters Academy, the records maintained by the Academy and its payment partners shall be considered final and binding.

Important Information for Participants

• Enrollment in any course, training program, webinar, workshop, or mentoring session does not guarantee success in trading, investing, wealth creation, or financial gains.
• All educational programs are intended solely to enhance knowledge and understanding of financial markets.
• Participants are encouraged to thoroughly study and practice the concepts taught during the training before applying them in live market conditions. Participants should also seek independent advice from qualified financial professionals before making any investment or trading decisions.
• Leaving a course, training program, webinar, or mentoring session midway shall not entitle a participant to any refund, adjustment, transfer, or credit unless specifically approved by Stock Masters Academy.

All content, including but not limited to videos, webinars, training sessions, charts, examples, market discussions, strategies, presentations, documents, worksheets, and educational materials, is provided strictly for educational and training purposes only.

Neither Stock Masters Academy nor its directors, trainers, employees, representatives, affiliates, or partners shall be responsible for any financial loss, trading loss, investment loss, opportunity loss, or damages arising from decisions made by participants based on course content.
